Binnaz is a fortune-telling and spiritual advising marketplace with thousands of real psychics, advisors, and life coaches. Binnaz's name comes from the Co-Founder Sertaç Taşdelen's mother, and it has an interesting story behind it. Sertaç Taşdelen, who was a Management Consultant in Ernst & Young Singapore, inspired by his mother Binnaz Gündoğan's ability to read fortunes, has established Binnaz in 2010 with the CTO Kaya Diker.

About Role
In this strategic finance role, you’ll collaborate across numerous teams to analyze the long-term drivers of the business, build financial & reporting models related to various long-term business outcomes for Faladdin & Binnaz and provide insights/advice based on the data.
What you will do day in and day out:
- Conduct financial analysis for and assist in highly visible strategic projects
- Prepare/present materials and ad-hoc reporting upon request of the Executive Team
- Collaborate with other teams within FP&A on improving financial planning practice
- Preparation of the company’s financial statements (i.e. BS, PL, Cash Flow Statement) and reporting to the management team on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Implementation and regular development of new financial reporting models in collaboration with the management and other teams, (i.e. technical team, marketing team, etc.)
- Performing all vendor and employee payments as in line with the company’s payment policy
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 4 years experience in financial planning and analysis (Audit experience is a must)
- Software or other Tech industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrable understanding of operating and financial dynamics (e.g., nature and timing of business cycles, drivers of financial performance).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to accuracy and detail required.
